 My name is Michelle Taylor (CYT 200)  and I created Soul Shine Flow so people would have a place to be themselves without judgement. I wanted people to really have a great time while getting healthy both mentally and physically. My goal is for you to feel at home and excited to be here as we are so excited to have you!!
